Here's what MOVA's parents have to say:

"Today, Maddie's Mova Mova 13 Gold Team participated in an outreach called "Ky's Cookies"One of our coaches, Deb Bronder, lost her daughter Kyleen at 15 in a chance accident. Each Christmas, Deb organizes for over 500 families who've also lost a child, to receive a plate of home baked goodies in memory of that child. Each plate is labeled with the child's name.

This is one of the most heart-wrenching events I've ever worked - the idea not having my Maddie Rose, along with Claire and John, is staggering. I am so proud of our girls for having the emapthhy and courage to walk up to each door, say the nameof those lost children, hug those strangers, and bring a little joy during this tender part of the year for these families."

"Well we had another successful year participating in the Ky's Cookies program with our volleyblal club Mova Mova! I just LOVE this program!!! ANd LOVE that MOVA helps our daughters to be a part of it!!! MOVA Coach Deb Bronder created the outreach program in memory of her daughter Kylene; we get together as a team, bake cookies and distribute them to families in memory of their lost child or family member! Awesome job today ladies!!!"
